| #1 Question: What is your policy on commissions? |
| Answer: I'm not out to cheat anyone. I think customers should get what they pay for and every effort should be made to see that they are happy. I also think affiliates should be paid for their efforts. My products come with a money back guarantee. If one of your customers requests a refund your commission will be adjusted for the amount of the commission. If that reduces your commission balance below the $50 threshold, I will still pay you the balance. |
| #2 Question: Can we buy your products at a discount? |
| Answer: Yes, I will sell my products to my affiliates at list price minus the affiliate commission. I.E. if the product sells for $10 and the affiliate commission is 50%, you can have it for $5. Just send me an email and I'll give you the details. |
| #3 Question: Why do you have banners that look like the text ads? |
| Answer: When I first put up this section, I discovered a bug in the affiliate software which has since been fixed. As a work around, I created banners for each product that looked like the text ads. You may use them if you wish. The only issue is that you won't be able to change the color scheme. |
